Clients provide accurate information, necessary account access, and timely approvals. Clients retain ownership of their advertising accounts; we operate with manager-level access.
4. Fees & Payment
Fees, billing cycles, and any onboarding charges are set out in your service agreement. Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from management fees.
5. Third-Party Platforms
Our services depend on third-party platforms such as Google. We are not responsible for platform outages, policy changes, suspensions, or results outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by Web Solutions Firm or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” While we apply 18+ years of expertise, we do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or revenue, as results depend on many factors.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services as described in the service agreement. Upon termination, account access reverts fully to the client.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.
